Dansby Swanson makes his MLB Debut

The first overall selection in the 2015 MLB Draft made his major league debut for the Atlanta Braves tonight against the Twins. Tigers Acquire Erick Aybar From Braves

The Tigers added infield help today by trading for Erick Aybar. Aybar’s arrival comes as a result of shortstop Jose Iglesias landing on the DL. Aybar cleared waivers, which made him eligible for an August trade. The Braves will be getting utility man Mike Aviles and catcher Kade Scivicque in return.
