Behind a go ahead 3 run HR from catcher Cameron Rupp and 5 tough innings from RHP Aaron Nola, the Phillies defeated Arizona 7-6 on Wednesday at Chase Field.  Rupp’s HR put Philadelphia ahead to stay in the 6th inning in a seesaw battle in the desert.  Rupp also made a key defensive play, tagging out Arizona’s Chris Owings at home in the bottom of the 8th on a throw from 2B Cesar Hernandez. Nola scuffled for 5 innings, striking out 2 and walking 1, en route to his 3rd win of the season. Ken Giles entered the game with 2 outs in the 8th and recorded a 4-out save, his 7th save of the season. Andres Blanco also homered for Philadelphia.  The Phillies are now 4-2 on their current road trip, and will head to Milwaukee on Friday to begin a 3 game set with the Brewers.  All star 1B Paul Goldschmidt paced Arizona with 3 hits and 2 RBIs. Chase Anderson took the loss for the Diamondbacks moving to a record of 5-5.
